Collaborated cross-functionally with brand stakeholders; ecommerce, brand, marketing, and engineering teams to design conversion-focused customer experiences.

Translated complex ecommerce priorities, integrating content strategy and DAM/CMS capabilities; resonating with D2C audiences, throughout the entire customer decision journey.

Synthesized data-driven UX research; conducted interviews, surveys and defined objectives with client stakeholders, legacy and new users; informing iterative improvements for large-scale ecommerce ecosystems. 

Designed scalable UI/UX patterns for complex product detail requirements. Implemented seamless optimizations and overarching solutions, enhancing user trust across all touchpoints.

UX/UI, digital brand strategy and visual solutions Kitchenaid’s site-wide overhaul. From ideation to implementation; fully integrated collaboration with associate creative director, copywriters, strategists, developers, asset producers, cross-agency consultants and clients. 

Conceptualized, prototyped and executed Kitchenaid.com’s mobile first digital brand identity, ranked 3rd in Prophet’s Brand Relevance Index for 2021. 

Created international digital brand guidelines and responsive global design system in AEM, increased user traffic by 63%.

Established foundational information architecture with elevated storytelling. Converted user-personas and business goals into digestible, data driven brand strategy; increased revenue for Stand Mixers by 193%.

Translated iconic point-of-purchase product strategy into a site-wide, direct-to-consumer experience. Long-term solutions immediately increased ecommerce conversion rate by 143% (on Stand Mixer CLP).

Introduced emotionally driven storytelling with innovative landing page experiences; aligning cross channel integrated marketing campaigns across all brand touch points, increased primary KPI interaction by 56%.

Graphic Designer

Designed and consulted marketing processes for home inspectors across North America. Strategized, pitched, designed and implemented individualized solutions across print and digital forms of communication.  

Worked with broad instruction to create a specific vision through a variety of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts, promotional knick-knacks, banners, signs, websites, and more.)

Actively experimented with new methods of graphic design/marketing, empowering and educating clients with vast range of understanding of technology and communication. 

 Initiated design-services amongst non-home inspector clients. With weekly meetings, my coworker and I created and lead a weekly social media movement that increased follower traffic and seminar attendance for a cryptocurrency investment and hedgefund firm.
